Its All About Backlinks

I’ve had enough.  There is not one single more “BEST money making idea in the universe that I need.

When you receive between 400 and 600 emails a day and 90% of them are automated email responders that you have opted into at the time of purchase of a WSO or some such fantastic offer that you can not refuse, it is time to regroup.

Mixed in with all the bull crap offers, most of which I never read and just tick them for mass delete, I might miss something really important from someone I care greatly about.  Oh sure, there are a few marketers that I admire and trust and their emails will be welcome as always.  Jon, Eric, Jack, Jeremy, Mark, and maybe a handful more will be read with great interest as always.  The rest of you can go suck putty balls.

If I get one more offer for retiring on the billions of dollars that I will make by publishing shit on the Kindle, I think my head will explode!  Jason is a carnival barker that giggles all the time he is fast talking his way through a webinar.  I refused to buy anything from him about a year ago.

The problem is that these guys network themselves into a cartel of shit spreaders so if you unsubscribe from one list the same band of thieves slide their crap under the door or, over the transom under the guise of your new best friend.  I’ve had it.  Enough!

Take a look at the dozens of most recent offers that you have received lately and see if you can instantly understand what the product is that they are selling.  If you are not able to instantly know what the product is, then guess what?  YOU are the product!

OK, so sour grapes you say.  Well maybe so.  I am sure that it has something to do with the fact that I have never felt confident enough to use an autoresponder.  I do not understand them.  I own some, am still paying on an AWEBER account every month that I never was able to get working.  One of these idiot companies talks to you in monkey speak.

Every guru circle, webinar, conference, email responder, etc. that I have ever responded to that had asked what else would I like to know?  I would always answer with “I need help in how to operate an email responder EXACTLY”.  Never, not one of them, ever responded with any semblance of an answer to my request with any kind of  help.

So here is what I do with internet marketing.  I write.  I publish hundreds of websites, all, each and every one of them with totally excellent content.  I then throw myself to the search engines and tell them how great my content is, and hope that over time I will get enough traffic that someone will actually want to buy some of my offers.

It is not exactly easy.  But I do make a living at it and my unusual niches actually surprise me sometimes.  Adsense dribbles in from time to time, which is a bonus, but do not ever count on Google helping you to make hundreds of thousands of dollars with Adsense.  Ain’t gonna happen.  Once they see you making some semblance of serious money, they slide you down in ranking.

Write good stuff.  Build backlinks, hundreds, thousands, millions of backlinks.  I never met a backlink I didn’t like.  Use social media, fiverr, the Warrior Forum, and then build some more backlinks.  Wait seven years like I have and then you will start to make some money.  Oh and those hundreds of thousands of backlinks that you built to your money sites five or six years ago, well they are gone.  Start all over again.  Internet Marketing is all about BACKLINKS.  I don’t give a crap what anyone tells you.  No links equals no money.

Make Money With Kindle Publishing

Between now and the end of this year 2011 the HOTTEST topic about how to make money online will be: “How to Publish on the Kindle”!  Why is that you say?  Well because it so damned profitable to the publishers, to Amazon, and mostly to the gurus that sell the information product seminars and subscription programs on “How to Publish on the Kindle”.

Does that make sense to you?  Sure you want to make money with creating your own eBooks and publishing them on the Kindle, as well as many other types of eReaders, tablets and phones.  But have you seen the prices that these gurus are getting for their subscription programs?

You will pay from $500 to a thousand bucks to sign up for the so called best of the best, and each and every one of these gurus believes that they are the only one that qualify for that statement.

There are millions of Kindles out there and millions more to be sold every year from now on.  eReaders of all types will be the season gifts of choice for all of the holiday giving festivities.  Once you publish for the Kindle it will be an easy step to just make your media available for all of the platforms.

Google Panda SEO and Traffic

The relationship between SEO and Traffic is something that has always been assumed, but there is little hard evidence that one will lead to the other. What has been documented is without proper SEO, your website traffic does not generally flow your way.

This is one of the constants in the cyber world, most of what is known is assumed. The Google monster is the best example of this. They have made it a habit to be very vague on just what they do and how they list websites in their SERP’s. This is done on purpose so it will always be a challenge by website owners to guess just what will help them rise to the top.

With the stated overall goal of improving the enjoyment of the average surfer by Google, most website owners are concentrating on only posting quality articles. This content has to be keyword rich without being stuffed so the appropriate listing on the SERP’s is obtained. By only posting high quality content for the viewership to see, a site will be rewarded with a good ranking on the SERP’s for the appropriate keywords.

That is the theory, but with Panda being introduced sometime ago, many website owners feel mistakes by Google were made. As this article goes to print we notice that another recent Panda update has just occurred.  You now doubt will see the resulting affects on some of your niche marketing sites.  Those of you that have highly relevant content, on topic in your niche will not be apt to be hurt.  That is, unless you do not update your content on a continual basis.

What Google wants their users to find is the latest news about whatever your subject is.  They also want to see relevant websites linked to from your article.  Why?  Because they want YOU to provide excellent resources (as well as sources) of your content.

Internet Marketer Clock

Found the perfect Internet Marketer Clock.

For years I have been looking for a digital clock that would display four time zones.

What I had in mind was one of those old time newspaper editor’s office wall clocks that showed four large round dial analog clock faces on the wall with the names of four cities below.

My needs were few, it just had to allow me to select four cities in four different time zones, for instance in my case, New York, London, a city in India and a city in Philippine Islands.  I have VA’s working in India which has a half hour different time zone than the rest of the world and then I have several VA’s in PI.

Your needs might require only four cites in the four U.S time zones, but in either case I have finally found the perfect Internet Marketer Clock, and best of all it is FREE!

I always trust CNET downloads, so I searched there for a clock that displays four time zones and found “QLOCK”.  As stated it is a free download and free use clock that you install and then drag each of the four panels to a space on your desktop that is vacant, (yeah, I know), but in my case I use two video monitors that share a very wide desktop, so I dragged them over to the far right hand side screen, near the top, and it is excellent.

Take care when you install it because one of the panels in the install is prechecked to load some bloat ware on your machine, but all you have to do is uncheck it.

Once installed you can select whatever city you need to display and it will automatically calculate the the correct time to display.  All of the displayed times come from your internal computer clock so make sure that the settings are all correct on it.  I just synchronized my internal clock with time.nist.gov and we are good to go.

There are other features that you will want to play with, like alarm settings, colors and more.

.EDU and .GOV backlinks are the best

Most marketers agree that if you can find .EDU and .GOV backlinks, you will have the best chance of success.

Between the Warrior Forum and fiverr you will be able to create about 80% of all the SEO you will need to get your site ranked.  For the past three months my own results have been awesome on the money sites that I want to keep going up to the top in serps.

Do you ever get to a point in WordPress that there is something that you would like to know and can not figure it out yourself?  If you have, then this post will solve your problem

Back in August I purchased a Warrior Special Offer (WSO) from the WarriorForum.com for “WordPress Coaching”.  It has expired now but the coach certainly has not.

The person in the teachers chair was Karen Blundell and this series of screenshare sessions was worth ten times the amount of money I paid at the time.  For one on one coaching, or mentoring, from a first rate php programmer you can expect to pay from $250 to $500 per hour and this was a fraction of that for four one hour sessions.

Now I know how to use WordPress.  Have been doing it for about four years now.  Still there were a lot of things that I did not know and wanted to learn about.  This was the perfect opportunity.  Karen did have a structured series of instruction and then patiently answered all of my dumb questions.  Or as a speaker once told the crowd, “There is no such thing as a dumb question…  Although those are the easiest ones to answer.”

It is amazing the number of issues you can have with WordPress and due to its simplicity of operation you sort of just get by as is most of the time.  However when you have an expert in attendance the answers will be displayed right before your very eyes.  That is a beautiful thing.

I meant to tell you all about this last summer but due to life getting in my way as always, it was slightly delayed.  The reason I am telling you now is that yesterday I was having trouble figuring out how to do a modification to a header image and decided to take Karen up on her generous offer at the end of the WSO instruction course, which was “Feel free to ask me a question any time if you are having trouble.”

Well if you read all the way through this post you will find out.  Let me just say that when I see mindmaps and a teacher’s name that has a bachelors and two masters degrees after his name I know I am out of my league.

This post is about a Warrior Forum, Warrior Special Offer (WSO), that I laid my money down on a couple of weeks ago.  The title of the WSO course is Juggernaut SEO which sort of intrigued me as a juggeranut is an unstoppable force, so just had to know more.

Unstoppable is the perfect word to describe this man, John S. Rhodes.  Before this WSO I had never heard of him, better yet I am sure he never had heard of me, but I am here to tell you that I will never forget him and I have only been exposed to two of his classes to date.

Here’s the deal.  These classes, each one of them could almost be described as a full college course, or at least a two day seminar.  You better pee before you log in.  Have your caffeine within your reach and get your pen and note pad in hand.

Once this guy starts there are no breaks and each single class has been about five hours each.  If you ask me I would prefer to have twenty 1 hour classes because for me, who is a prime example of AADHD (and what IM’r isn’t?) I have to force myself to stay with him.

Sounds like an easy task but here is what happens.  John will mention a topic or make a point and your mind races instantly to something you just did or something you have been planning to check in to and you want to scoot off page to go and make some magic happen from your fingertips.

Better not leave though, because the next best tip is in the following sentence.  Holy cow, this man knows his stuff!  Just as you are thinking, yeah, yeah, I know all that, he will hit you with a zinger that takes you right back to the Holy cow!

So far after 10 hours of instruction he is just about starting to get around to SEO.  The first classes have been about getting your head screwed on right.  You are going to learn things like, what makes people buy, how you should be hitting hot buttons with your offers, feeding their inner child, (and yours) and crap that you never ever knew related to SEO, but has absolutely EVERYTHING to do with SEO.

You are in this game for the money right?  Well sticking up a website with some Adsense or an affiliate product on it will not make you rich.  You MUST learn about the things that John teaches.  Then you will start to “Get It.”

The world truly is your oyster.  If you can not suffer through five hours at a sitting, no worries, each class is recorded fully in video, audio, and pdf, so you will have these gems to use forever.

I am sure that I could find an affiliate link somewhere but I am not going to use one.  I urge ALL of my readers to take John’s Internet Marketing Juggenaut SEO course.  Your life will be changed forever.  By joining a little late you will not miss a thing because you will still get the complete program.

On an unrelated topic, but one that I want my readers to know about, The University Kid, aka TUK, has a great blog in the mmo or IM field or as he calls it, How to Make Money at Home, and he is requesting guest posts for consideration to be published on his site.

Guest posts have some of the highest authority in the eyes of the search engines because they are considered peer blogs and you get to use your keyword anchor text as a link.  It doesn’t get any better than that.

A string of recent grizzly murders have been occurring in Angeles City, Philippine Islands.

This just in from my friend Douglas who has been sleeping with one eye open.

Just like location, you just can’t beat good content. The Google Meisters will tell you that if you have good content, that others will link to you. Well, maybe. But there is no doubt about it, if you have good content and it is interesting and helpful to the reader, then Google will shower you with blessings and you just might wiggle upward in the search results.

So if you have one or two blogs about something that really interests you, and that you have quite a bit of good knowledge to share, then the writing should come easy to you. You either have it or you don’t. If you can sit down and whip out an article real fast, say in five or ten minutes, and then give yourself a couple of minutes to go back and proof and correct your typos, then you are a really good writer. Congratulations.

Now what if you are a niche marketer that publishes dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of websites humping products and services of all kinds, sort of like someone I know real well. Then the writing becomes a little difficult at times.

So I am going to unleash three of my secret weapons for great content, of which you will thank me for profusely. There is just no way that I can write dozens of articles a day, well not with all the other things I have to do. So I am going to give you a recommendation from the bottom of my heart.

I employ many writers with varying degrees of proficiency and cost. The very best one that I use and who has been writing for me going on three years now is Douglas at American Article Writer dot com.

Douglas is a retired American chemist that lives in the Philippine Islands permanently and with the cost of living as low as it is there the price that he is able to offer will amaze you. In a way I hate to share this secret weapon, but he deserves some good publicity and I know you will be delighted with his work. He can write on virtually any subject.

The second resource that I use for great content is my friend Rosie who offers awesome Private Label Rights (PLR) content articles that you can rewrite slightly and use for your niche marketing websites or for parallel blogs that provide backlinks.

This type of content has been used by others previously and even though Google does not ‘punish’ you for using duplicate content, they also do not bother to give you any ranking points if the article has been published before. So it is really easy to just reword some of the synonyms, change some sentences around, keep the same meaning and insert your keywords of choice to use as filler articles on your many blogs.

Your site is running slow and this is a problem. You probably all know that one of the metrics in the latest Google iteration of search engine rankings, is how long does it take for your website or blog to open and be fully functional?

If your site is running slow, well then there is the possibility that the Big G will just go on to the next site and you get butkas for a speed load rating. This is not a good thing.

It’s a Catch 22 isn’t it?

Well in some cases the problem is your hosting company and I have tested it many times and proven that this method works. I suspect that if your site gets only a few visits per day, then the hosting company looks down their nose at you and they park your domain on an old piece of crap server that is slower than molasses in January.

I can just see it now, they keep a few old 286 or 386 XT computers over in the corner for idiots like us , who dare to try to enter into the SEO / SEM business. OK, that might be an exaggeration, but guaranteed this is going on at some level.

Here is what I do to overcome this problem. I set my browser start page to the slow running site. Now you will see this very obvious slow loading happening for a day or two or three, but soon you will notice that it is starting to open a little faster.

I believe that the hosting companies monitor this traffic and server load constantly and either manually or automatically move domains around on various servers dependent upon the amount of traffic the site is receiving.

Now I run four computers here most all the time. My main machine is a Windows box, have two laptops running Windows, and an old desktop running linux. Most all of them have two or three different browsers, like firefox, IE and Chrome. See where I am going here?

Set each browser to startup on a different one of your slower websites and soon you will be seeing much faster loads and hopefully improved attention from you know who.

Another benefit is that apparently Alexa does not keep track of IP addresses because over a week or two you will start to see your Alexa numbers drop. This is a good thing!

You might have heard of the sales management company at Plimus.com.  I never had and thankfully so.

I have been a full time internet marketer for three years now and have been publishing free information before that since the early 1990′s and before the World Wide Web I was publishing data through Compuserve and even earlier dial-up services back as far as using a 300 baud modem and an Apple II computer. In the 1980′s.

Ok, so I am not exactly a newbie.

Thought I had seen it all, and heard it all, but evidently not.  I might have just run into the sleaziest, slimiest sales ripoff organization of all time, in my humble opinion.

Plimus handles the distribution of digital downloads for developers.  Similar to the way you can purchase things through ClickBank and others like eJunkie where you can make your payment with a credit card or PayPal and then gain immediate access to the digital download product, only there is one catch.

Plimus does not give you immediate download access.  First of all they do something that is totally irregular and in my opinion, unethical, in that in the product order form they ask for your telephone number, oh and it is mandatory.  Well that sucks.  I do not give my phone number out to ANYONE, certainly not to some internet marketing company.

Oh sure Slimus says that it is for security purposes and they will not share your number, BS, I say.  Even if they do not intentionally share your phone number, mistakes can easily happen.  How many horror stories have you heard of databases “accidentally” being released to the public?

OK, so I use a fake phone number in such a situation.  For one, I do no business on the phone.  If email is not good enough for you, then I do not want your business.  The telephone is the most interruptive and annoying device invented imho.

So instead of receiving the expected product after paying in full with a verified PayPal account, I received an email from these bottom feeders that said they were unable to reach me by phone and to please make sure I entered my telephone number correctly, oh and of course their email was a do-not-reply address.  Fortunately the form did have one line for a comment and I explained that I do not give out my phone number to ANYONE!

After a fairly long and annoying wait I received another email from them that said they were unable to process my order as they were not able to reach me by phone.  Fortunately number two, is that the very next message was from PayPal that said I had received a refund from Plimus of my $87.  WTF?

Now I have purchased hundreds of products online with very little problem and have never seen a company throw money away like that.  So started checking around on Google, you’ve heard of them right?  Seems I have company.

I found discussions on this very same company that follow pretty much in the same vein, and now I think I know why they do it.  Evidently as reported on some websites, Plimus charges the vendor a $15.00 fee for charge backs.  Any order that is not completed could generate an easy and quick fifteen bucks to these creeps, and best of all, they do not have to pay the affiliate advertiser their commission, as there was technically no sale.  How sweet is that deal, for Slimus that is.  Everyone else gets screwed.

Now to be fair to the affiliate advertiser that I purchased this product from, I have the highest regard for, and I have sent him an email explaining just what happened.  He is surely being cut out of the commission that he would have received for a successful sale.

I also know the developer and vendor of the product as he is on some forums that I participate in, and he is certainly a stand up guy.  I am saddened to think that he is missing out on sales and also for having to pay unwarranted transaction fees that are not his fault if that is the case.

OK, so I think you get the idea.  With a simple search you will find many more articles on other websites with the words, scam, ripoff, fraud, etc.  I would not say that but man Slimus sure comes to mind.

Easy to Implement: So every step of the way, you are learning by doing.  Taking specific actions and getting a result.  I have to admit that John does throw in a few documents to read though, but they’re super short and easy to understand.  The control center user interface inside Rapid Income Creator is truly designed as a dummy proof system.  If you can count, then you can use it.  No guesswork involved.

Rating: On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best I would give Rapid Income Creator a 4.9 for quality.  I didn’t give it a 5 because every product can be improved slightly.  In fact, I hear that John has some secret improvements coming up that makes Rapid Income Creator even more valuable.

Best: I’m trying to get in on his private list right now and will let you know what I find out when I do.  Rapid Income Creator is so far a lot more than I expected, which is a good thing considering all the B.S. programs and systems in the marketplace.

I also gave this program it a 4.5 for its money making potential,  because John does not go into how to make a large income with it, but does teach how to make a few hundred a day with it.  I give it a 4.9 once again for content because not only are the campaigns set up for you,  you also have top shelf resources that even I wish I knew about.  Rapid Income Creator is a surefire program that is going to do very well online for a lot of people.  How long will these methods work?  Well John has plans on making that indefinitely.

A Money Maker that Works, NOW! : John Carter is one smart guy and I won’t be surprised if he soon becomes a regular household internet marketing name!   Rapid Income Creator is one of the better products I’ve written about in a long time.
