Make Money With Kindle Publishing

Between now and the end of this year 2011 the HOTTEST topic about how to make money online will be: “How to Publish on the Kindle”!  Why is that you say?  Well because it so damned profitable to the publishers, to Amazon, and mostly to the gurus that sell the information product seminars and subscription programs on “How to Publish on the Kindle”.

Does that make sense to you?  Sure you want to make money with creating your own eBooks and publishing them on the Kindle, as well as many other types of eReaders, tablets and phones.  But have you seen the prices that these gurus are getting for their subscription programs?

You will pay from $500 to a thousand bucks to sign up for the so called best of the best, and each and every one of these gurus believes that they are the only one that qualify for that statement.

You have options of course.  You could just log into the Amazon publishing program and get your own free account, start writing and uploading your own books that you author, and wait for the sales to come in.  Or… If you are like me, you can look for the least expensive way to publish on the Kindle.

There are millions of Kindles out there and millions more to be sold every year from now on.  eReaders of all types will be the season gifts of choice for all of the holiday giving festivities.  Once you publish for the Kindle it will be an easy step to just make your media available for all of the platforms.

Something about the lowest cost method that always appeals to my thrifty upbringing.  So what is the lowest cost method to learn from someone who has been there and done that?  You purchase an eBook about how to write an eBook that you can sell on Kindle Publishing.

This post is about a product for baseball training.  You will note that it is a bit out of character for me to be writing about sports, but I have two grandsons that are big time into high school baseball and this device is one of the coolest ideas I have seen in years and thought I would give it a plug.  This is not an affiliate link advertisement.

There are many types of hitting and batting practice stands and pitching machines that will train the player on how to hit, how to keep your eye on the pitched ball, timing and when and how to swing.  Those things run in price from very low to very high and only very fortunate teams will own a machine for this type of training of the offense.

So what about devices for training the defense team work?  Well that is where this item comes in.  It is a low priced device that can be used year around for keeping the fielders in tip top shape.  It is called the ReactionPro and what it is is a flexible pad that you roll out on the floor or ground and then you pitch the ball at the pad and the defense players respond to the ball no matter which of the erratic directions it hops off toward.

There is an irregular surface design built into the pad that causes the ball to hop toward an unpredictable direction.  It is simple in design and very helpful in building instinctive reaction in the fielder’s response.  It really simulates just exactly what the ball would do in real play.

No matter the condition of the infield or the outfield the ball just does not always bounce off in the exact same direction that it was hit.  The ground surface will often cause a ball to bounce on by the fielder and then two things happen, the runner advances and the in-fielder or the out-fielder earns an error.

Normally when coaches train the defense the coach hits balls to each of them in turn or at random and one of the players gets some action.  With this unique training device more players are able to train much faster and the team will build up an instinctive response to the ball in play.

We like the ReactionPro so much we bought 3 of them, one for the two grandsons to use at home and two to donate to their school.  Check out the videos and instructions and see how the pad is used in defense training by going to Baseball-Training.net.

We think everyone will be interested in using this tool.  Just don’t tell the teams that my two grandsons play against.

Now we want to discuss this in a little detail in case there is anyone that does not know how to go about getting involved. These Social sites are becoming more and more prevalant. You can literally subscribe to hundreds of them.

We at LinkMoney generally find that about a half dozen of the more popular ones are good enough for our purpose. We often use StumbleUpon, Digg, Technorati, Delicious, and Twitter. Ok, five then.

Here’s how it works. You first must visit those sites and sign up for an account, always free, as in no cost at all. You will get a user name and password to use every time you want to sign in. If you sign in on a regular basis say once a day, then you generally do not have to sign in each and every time you want to promote a website.

The purpose of these Social sites is to give you your own one vote to tell the world that you approve of a site. The more votes the sites get, the higher their notification count goes, and if they become viral in nature, your favorite website might just get many thousands of visits in just one day!

It is a little nuiscance to go through the sign in and captchas but it is a small price to pay of your time to help out a fellow Blogger or website that you feel is of special mention.

Our friend in Blogging, Michael Martine, Blogging Consultant, over at MichaelMartine.com has posted an extremely helpful explanation regarding how to set up a BlogPack. His logo of a pack of wolves is certainly understandable, but I would like to think of this idea as the team in a circle with all of the players hands stacked up on one another at a ball game. Give a cheer and help your friends out. You will be amazed at how it will come back to help you.

A few days ago I submitted a comment on Michael Martine’s very fine Remarkablogger website in which I asked him to describe three often used phrases in website promotions. The three terms were; Anchor Text, Backlinks and Nofollow.  Well Michael, true to his word, did just that in today’s post which you should read at SEO for Beginners.

The one thing that struck me the most was that Anchor Text is the actual text you use in the link, like the word “Rebarkablogger” above.  One should never use such as “Click Here,” because the search engines actually index the Anchor Text.
